For those looking to get out on the water with a paddle! We are celebrating Lakes Appreciation Month with a Virtual Padding Race. Grab a canoe, kayak, SUP board, or a raft and enjoy the outdoors. How many hours will you paddle in a week? How about the entire month of July?

Compete with your fellow watershed stewards to rack up as many hours as you can using the self-propelled watercraft of your choice. Just do what you normally do, or if you want to win, maybe a bit more. This competition will feature weekly prizes and a grand prize package at the end of the month. We’ve got lots of great BWA swag we’re giving away – dry bags for your paddling trips, coolers for a picnic on the shore, trucker hats to make you look cool, and watershed map bandanas to keep you cool.
