Preserving the Harvest – Learn how to store your garden or farmers market bumper crops to savor throughout the year. Demonstrations and information on freezing, canning, drying, and fermenting will be shown. This program will be conducted outdoors with social distance seating. Space is limited for best seats. Rain date August 16 at 4:00 PM.
