The North American Lake Management Society (NALMS) along with the California Lake Management Society invites you to exhibit at our 44th International Symposium, to be held November 5–8, 2024 in South Lake Tahoe, California/Nevada.

NALMS’ Symposium attracts an international collection of 500–600 lake management professionals, academia, and citizen attendees. The Symposium promotes the exchange of lake and reservoir management science, produces material for NALMS’ high-quality publications, provides a rare opportunity for face-to-face contact and networking, as well as an opportunity to recognize excellence in the field of lake and reservoir management.

Full registration package for booth staff. Includes admission to all technical sessions, meals, breaks and Exhibitor Reception on Tuesday. Double booths include registration for three (3) people.
Additional exhibitor registrations are $415 each. Limit of 3.

Most lunch and refreshment breaks during exhibit hours will be held in the exhibit hall, Wednesday through Friday, maximizing traffic and allowing more time for conference participants to visit with exhibitors. On Wednesday evening of the conference, we will sponsor a meet-and-greet reception in the exhibit hall for networking between exhibitors and conference participants.

    • Please note that USPS does NOT ship to the venue
    • Please do not schedule deliveries any earlier than 1 week prior to the event
    • The Tahoe Blue Event Center charges a $50 convenience fee for anything shipped to the venue in advance
  • Post-Conference Shipping Information
    • Any materials being shipped out after the conference must be scheduled prior to move out and labeled properly. Once the materials are ready for shipping, you may leave the items at your booth and a Tahoe Blue Event Center team member will deliver them to the shipping area. USPS does NOT deliver to the event center. If you need to use USPS, please reach out to Jonas Brown (jonas.brown@oakviewgroup.com) and TBC can set something up for delivery.
  • AV Equipment Rental:

    If you would like to rent AV equipment not included in the exhibitor services manual, please contact Michael Arias at the Tahoe Blue Event Center (808-357-6509 / Michael.Arias@encoreglobal.com). Due to limited onsite inventory, all AV requests must be made at least 14 days in advance of the start date for the conference. Any AV requests less than 14 days out from program start are subject to shipping and handling fees, and the possibility that items may not be available.
