Reserve a Room at the Group Rate

Online reservations: To make your online reservation, click the link above and then click the EDIT button at the top of the page to select your check in and check out dates. Click the UPDATE button to see the available room types.

Phone reservations: You may reserve a room by phone by contacting the hotel’s Central Reservations at 1-800-455-4770. Reference the group code S11NAL4 when making your reservation. All reservations made via the telephone call center will be assessed a fee of $15 per reservation.

Room rates (single or double occupancy):

• November 3 – 7: $79/night + tax
• November 8 – 9: $139/night + tax
• $20/night + tax for each additional adult over two. Maximum of 4 people per guest room.
• The hotel tax rate is 14% plus $5 per room per night

Resort fee: A daily resort fee of $25.95/room/night will be charged in addition to the room rate. The resort fee includes:

• Unlimited local phone calls
• Two (2) Guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center (does not include use of the spa)
• In-Room Internet access to include two (2) devices per room per day (Property-wide and inter property roaming available at that property for an additional fee.)

Cancellation: You may cancel your registration without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. You will be charged one (1) night’s guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.

Parking: Complimentary self-parking during the conference

Room rates (single or double occupancy):

• King Standard Suite: $159/night + tax
• 2 Queen Beds Standard Suite: $239/night + tax
• $10/night + tax for each additional adult over two.
• The hotel tax rate is 14.195% plus $4 per room per night.

Resort fee: A daily resort fee of $36/room/night will be charged in addition to the room rate. The resort fee includes:

Cancellation-Early Departure Fee: Any individual cancellations within 5 days of arrival will be billed for one night’s room and tax. Any no-shows will be billed for one night’s room and tax. Guests departing early will be charged full length of their reservation.

Parking: Valet parking is available for $29 per night. Vehicle height is limited to 6 feet, 8 inches. NALMS attendees staying at the Maragritaville will receive a 20% discount on the parking fee.
